Teen who killed monkey ‘for fun’ to be charged under Animal Welfare Act

THE teenager who said he shot dead a caged monkey “for fun” will be charged under the Animal Welfare Act 2015, reportsThe 18-year-old from Perak could face punishment under Section 30 of the act for using a firearm to kill the animal without authority or justification.
