A teenager was fined after turning left into two pedestrians who were crossing a Lancaster County street, inside a crosswalk, police said.
Lititz police said the 17-year-old driver made a left around 3:15 p.m. Monday from Lititz Springs Park onto North Broad Street.Police said the driver was cited for failure to yield to pedestrians.
