"The two victims, who were scared and crying, recounted the incident to the headmaster, claiming they were inside the haunted house that was set up within the school grounds. According to the New Straits Times, the headmaster lodged a police report at the Tanjung Minyak police station at 12.48pm on Wednesday, leading to the suspect's arrest at 10.25pm.

Investigations are being conducted under Section 14 of the Sexual Offences Against Children Act 2017.
