.TaylorSwift13 tickets: Ticketmaster crashes for some users, site hit by outages on release
The problems appear to have begun around 9 a.m. Eastern time, as those trying to get in the online queue were unable to.Ticketmaster later followed up with a message for mobile app users.
The company also alerted users on Twitter who received a special verified fan presale code not to log into the website as usual. — Ticketmaster Fan Support November 15, 2022 "If you received a code to the TaylorSwiftTix Presale, please login and access the queue through the link you received via text rather than entering through the Ticketmaster homepage. This will ensure an optimal shopping experience," Ticketmaster Fan Support tweeted.Some fans who were able to get in still didn't wind up with tickets right away.
"A horror story in multiple parts. I had them. I literally HAD THEM. #Ticketmaster #TSTheErasTour I'm now in the back of the queue and debating what I did to deserve this," another tweeted.
