A taxi driver was shot in Quezon City after refusing to give a ride to a passenger. The 64-year-old suspect was arrested. Charges of frustrated homicide will be filed against the suspect.
A taxi driver was shot in Quezon City after refusing to give a ride to a passenger.
The passenger asked the driver to bring him to Cubao, but the driver allegedly refused. According to police, the passenger then banged on the vehicle. Traffic enforcers nearby saw the incident and asked help from police after the victim was shot in the chest.
