get into the mess

, it's official: Tati Westbrook has returned to YouTube. In a new 40-minute video — aptly and ominously titled "BREAKING MY SILENCE ..." — posted on June 30, the beauty YouTuber took the opportunity to address beauty drama regarding Jeffree Star, Shane Dawson, James Charles, andTati begins the video addressing her past with then BFF-turned-frenemy James Charles. Tati starts the video explaining that she and James have since reconciled since Dramaggedon 2.

She adds, "I did not lie in that video. I never called James Charles a predator, and I never said that James Charles is a danger to society. My video was not made with any malice... Prior to the scandal last May, I started growing frustrated with what I perceived as a progressing sense of entitlement… None of my concerns became overwhelming until after I met Shane Dawson.

Tati also claims she was "manipulated" into making the now-infamous video. "I did not make my video because of vitamins. I made it as a result of all the poisonous lies that were fed to be by Shane Dawson and Jeffree Star," she states. Tati claims that Jeffree had sent her the much-questioned audio recording of someone alleging to have been hurt in some way by James, explaining, "The audio was clearly a small portion of a large conversation.

Throughout the video, Tati makes many more claims — including that Jeffree is a co-owner of beauty brand Morphe and that he has the power to "blackmail" the whole beauty guru industry, that she requested the drama not be put in Shane's YouTube docu-series about the beauty world, and that she's spoken to neither Jeffree nor Shane on the phone since the night Jeffree released his YouTube video regarding the scandal last year.

Towards the ends of the video, Tati also threatened to take legal action if needed. "As for everyone else involved that did anything underhanded or defamatory over the last year, I am still well within the statute of limitations of bringing a civil action to seek recovery for my damages," she says. "Should I proceed with this course of action, my attorneys will be deposing all witnesses who have information about the truth of what happened here.
