BEIJING: China on Thursday (Aug 22) urged its citizens in Lebanon to leave 'as soon as possible', according to an embassy statement, the day after an Israeli strike in the country killed a senior Palestinian activist.
KUALA LUMPUR: The topping out ceremony for TAR UMT 's new Student and SME Centre marks a milestone for the university, said Datuk Dr Wee Ka Siong .
The ceremony involved the pouring of cement to complete the centre's top deck, which will house a football field and athletics track. "This infrastructure is a symbol of our unwavering dedication to foster a community where learning, entrepreneurship and collaboration thrive," he said in his speech. Construction started on Sept 8, 2021, and the main building is targeted for completion on Dec 31, 2024.
