Renowned throughout the world for its spicy food, Thai cuisine is a treat for many Malaysians as can be evidence by the abundance of Thai restaurants throughout the Klang Valley and other urban areas. Ketkaew has some 25 years of experience working in the Thai restaurant industry, sharpening his skills in his mother’s food stall in their home province of Trat in east Thailand.Among his highlight and specialty dishes are Spicy Green Papaya Salad with Grilled Chicken, Fresh Spring Chicken with Sweet Chilli Sauce, Green Curry Chicken, Crab Curry, Massaman Curry Beef and Mango Sticky Rice.
