Kesihatan mental adalah asas yang mesti dilakukan dengan betul, kata Tengku Puteri Iman Afzan.
KESIHATAN mental perlu ditangani sejak awal usia kanak-kanak dan remaja lagi, bagi memastikan daya tahan mereka pada usia dewasa nanti, kata Tengku Puteri Iman Afzan Al-Sultan Abdullah. Pengasas bersama dan Presiden Kumpulan Reben Hijau itu berkata, beliau percaya hasil daya tahan adalah produktiviti, manakala melalui produktiviti lahirnya kegembiraan dan kepuasan.
