STOCKHOLM (Reuters) -Sweden's Ericsson on Tuesday said the telecom equipment market is showing signs of improvement after reporting core earnings and sales above expectations, helped by a rebound in demand for 5G gear in North America.
AMPANG: It was a close call for a Taman Melawati resident when a landslide occurred at the intersection of Jalan Serdang and Jalan E6 this morning.
Shireeen Nik Ibrahim said her daughter was about to leave home for work when she heard loud noises and saw earth falling down the slope. Shireen, who said her daughter was too shaky to talk, said that she managed to drive out before the entire slope gave way.“It took down large trees and damaged a security guard post.The incident is believed to have occurred at around 10am.Continuous heavy rains this morning led to a landslide along Jalan E6 in Taman Melawati, here.
Selangor Fire and Rescue Department assistant director Ahmad Mukhlis Mukhtar said they were notified about the incident at around 11.42am on Tuesday.
