The Sinulog Festival Queen 2023 officially launched on Monday with the Parade of Costume and Runway competitions. Kiara Liane Wellington of Talisay City bested other candidates as she won Best in Runway and Parade of Costume.Rounding up the top three winners are Angel Myrna Theia Layam of Barangay San Nicolas Proper, Cebu City, and Amor Beah SinghDuring Monday’s event, organizers from the Sinulog Foundation Inc. and Cebu City government also unveiled the crown design for this year’s Sinulog Festival Queen.The grand coronation for the Sinulog Festival will be held this Thursday, Jan.
Monika Afable of Borongan, Eastern Samar is currently the crown’s holder of the Sinulog Festival Queen.
