A unit of the Taiwanese army on Kinmen, a Taipei-controlled archipelago located a few miles off the coast of eastern China’s Fujian province, fired shots to repel a Chinese drone on Tuesday afternoon, according to the Kinmen Defense Command, the first time Taiwanese military had used live ammunition in such circumstances.
