“The City Government of Taguig would like to inform the public that effective April 1, 2023, the Venice Grand Canal Mall Vaccination Hub and all barangay health center microsites will no longer serve as Covid-19 vaccination hubs,” the city government announced.It said the people can get their Covid-19 vaccine at Lakeshore Vaccination Information and Training Center on Laguna Lake Highway in Barangay Lower Bicutan from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. until April 30.
“Please note, however, that only pediatric vaccination is presently available. Children aged 5-11, accompanied by their parent or guardian, may walk in to get their first and second dose. They need to bring a valid ID, TRACE QR, and Vaccination card,” it said. From March 20 to 24, the Taguig City government reported that 626 persons were vaccinated against Covid-19.
Among the population aged 18 years old and above, 53 received their first dose, 69 their second dose, 318 their first booster shots and 151 their second booster. Among minors aged 12 to 17, two were given the first dose, eight with the second dose, and eight with the first booster.related stories
