The Taguig City government and the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) opened the Taguig Eco Park in Barangay Pinagsama. ManilaBulletin
The 6,332 sq. m. urban green space and recreational park is a project of the MMDA through its Adopt-a-Park project.Mayor Lani Cayetano and MMDA Chairperson Romando Artes inaugurate the Taguig Eco Park ““Sa ngalan po ng pamahalaang lungsod ng Taguig, malugod po naming tinatanggap ang eco park na ito na very consistent at tumutugon sa layunin ng City of Taguig to be a transformative, lively, and caring city ,” said Cayetano.
She said open spaces are part of the city’s agenda and thanked the MMDA for choosing Taguig as a beneficiary of the project. “Ang parke na ito ay hindi lang magiging lugar ng pag-eehersisyo ng pamilya - kundi lugar para ang pamilya ay makapagsaya at makapag-bonding para mas lalong maging matatag ,” she said.
