A new Mexican street food-inspired option is coming to Milwaukee Avenue in Niles.
Taco Pros, which will offer tacos and Indian-Mexican fusion menu items, is set to open soon in Niles, said franchise owner Bhagyesh Patel.
Taco Pros opened its first location in 2019 in Oak Park, according to the business’ website, and currently has six locations throughout Chicagoland. They will locate the Niles restaurant at 7870 N. Milwaukee Ave., across from Jerry’s Fruit Market.Patel said some of the must-try items were the steak burrito and barbacoa tacos.
For area residents who haven’t been to a Taco Pros location before, Patel said new customers should expect authentic Mexican food and quick service without having to go to a sit-down restaurant. “To eat authentic Mexican food, you have to go to one of those sit-down restaurants, or you might have to go to a taqueria,” he said. “We want to give them an authentic taste of Mexico. They can get enchiladas, burritos, nachos, everything authentic, and fast service as well.”
