The Ministry of Special Tasks and Coordination will work with Tabung Haji (TH) to ensure Muslims in Sabah become depositors in TH.

Its Minister, Datuk Ariffin Arif, said that the effort was to support TH’s initiatives including encouraging more Muslims to be able to perform the hajj.According to him, so far TH Sabah recorded deposits from around 30.8 per cent which were 498,639 out of 1.6 million Muslims while a total of 164,272 were Hajj registrants.
