A woman alleged sexually assaulted by Sri Lankan player Danushka Gunathilaka on a Tinder date claims he took a condom off during intercourse.
A Sydney woman who has accused Sri Lankan international cricketer Danushka Gunathilaka of sexual assault has told a court it would have only taken him a few seconds to remove a condom during intercourse and throw it on the floor.
CCTV captured the pair kissing, smiling and embracing at the wharf and on the ferry, Gunathilaka filming from the balcony and the woman warming his hands inside. The woman alleges the cricketer kissed her forcefully causing her lips pain and slapped her buttocks, which “felt too familiar”, on a separate part of the boat and not captured in the footage.
Thangaraj suggested Gunathilaka could not have removed a condom while he was either choking the woman or slapping her buttocks, to which she disagreed.“It would have only taken him a few seconds.”
