Residents of the apartment complex on Eden Street in North Sydney have been dealing with black mould, damaged floorboards and leaking balconies since the units were first sold in 2016.
A Sydney development group has been ordered to fix an apartment complex riddled with issues as the NSW government cracks down on non-compliant developers and construction companies.
Justine Butler bought an apartment only to find out her home was only approved for short-term accommodation. "It boils my blood, you can see first-hand what this place is like, it has been a living nightmare since it was finished," NSW Building Commissioner David Chandler said.
