We chat with SweetTooth season 2 stars Christian Convery and Naledi Murray, who play Gus and Wendy, about building an on-set family with the Netflix show:
The fight to save all hybrids begins in Sweet Tooth season 2. The latest chapter of the Netflix show based on the Vertigo comics finds its titular deer-boy hybrid imprisoned alongside others of his kind in General Abbot's new headquarters and plots their escape from the facility before they are experimented on by an increasingly apathetic Dr. Singh.
Ahead of the show's return, Screen Rant spoke exclusively with stars Christian Convery and Naledi Murray to discuss Sweet Tooth season 2, building an on-set family with the new hybrid kid actors, working apart from the adult actors of season 1, and more. Naledi Murray: Yeah, we really just got to know each other offset, so it made it easier on set, because we didn't have to pretend to actually like each other. Imagine if I like hated you and I had to [pretend]. [Laughs] That's just not really how it worked out, it was fun.
