A north Columbus neighborhood is the latest to fall victim to a crime that is becoming far too common. Criminals cashing in after stealing catalytic converters from vehicles.

Decker, who has lived in the community just north of Polaris Parkway since 2002, caught the crime on his surveillance cameras. His vehicle was fine, but his next-door neighbor wasn't so lucky. Mangal said he checked his car Tuesday morning after seeing neighbors post on the community Facebook page. That's when he noticed a cement block behind his back tire in the driveway.
