A suspect has been charged in the fatal shooting of a 14-year-old boy in Montgomery. Montgomery police said Demericon Crosskey, 18, is charged with murder in the slaying of Deanthony “D.J.” Vickers.
Crosskey was taken into custody Thursday. He is being held in the Montgomery County Detention Facility.D.J. was walking from his girlfriend’s house to his cousin’s house on Monday when he was shot.
Deanthony "D.J." Vickers, 14, died Wednesday, Dec. 28, 2022, two days after he was shot in the head in Montgomery.
