Tell me about your new garden, where you are growing a lot of the ingredients for SK products. Is it a new garden or did you expand an existing one? Actually, St. John’s Wort is very difficult to cultivate, so we have to forage for it in the wild. Luckily, there’s a lot of it in the Bregenzerwald. In the garden, we have things like arnica, rosemary, chamomile, lavender and Melissa.
I’m ignoring that. What about spa treatments? You’re so busy you probably don’t have time to have treatments but if you were going to have one at your hotel, what would you chose? Perfect place for it, that’s for sure. So, I know you have detox programs at the hotel, as well as detox-oriented treatments and products. Do you detox regularly?How about re-toxing? Do you have a favorite cocktail? Or do you try to limit your alcohol consumption?
