The Supreme Court has ordered Vice President Sara Duterte and other government officials to comment on a petition challenging the constitutionality of the transfer of funds from the Office of the President to the Office of the Vice President.
Vice President Sara Duterte and other government officials were required to comment by the Supreme Court (SC) on a petition assailing the constitutionality of the transfer of the P125 million from the Office of the President’s contingency fund to the Office of the Vice President’s (OVP) confidential and intelligence funds (CIFs) in 2022.
