SuperJunior Kyuhyun's older sister shares her account of the horrific accident that almost took her brother's life
, the older sister of Super Junior's Kyuhyun, opened up about her brother's harrowing car accident in 2007.
During this episode, Kyuhyun and Eunhyuk went on a trip to Tokyo with their sisters, Jo Ara and Lee So Ra. On this day, the four of them visited a popular ramen restaurant. As they relished the delicious meal, Eunhyuk expressed his delight, proclaiming,"It's absolutely perfectAmid their sibling camaraderie, Jo Ara shared a deeply personal account of her relationship with her younger brother, recounting a fateful car accident.
At the time, Kyuhyun faced a daunting 20% chance of losing his voice if he underwent surgery. His father, determined to safeguard his son's dream, vehemently opposed the procedure to put a hole in Kyuhyun's neck. Fortunately, Kyuhyun emerged triumphant. He underwent the surgery and managed to preserve both his life and voice. Astonishingly, after four days in a coma, Kyuhyun miraculously regained consciousness.
In a previous appearance on an entertainment program, Kyuhyun had described the terrifying moment of the accident, revealing,"Kyuhyun made his debut in the entertainment industry in 2006 when he joinedas a member of the boy group Super Junior. His journey since then has been marked by resilience, determination, and an unwavering spirit that continues to inspire his fans worldwide.
