PETALING JAYA: Sunway Berhad, melalui anak syarikat milik penuhnya Sunway Melawati Sdn.Bhd., memeterai Perjanjian Jual Beli (SPA) dengan Viva Impian Sdn Bhd (VISB) untuk memperoleh sebidang tanah pegangan bebas utama seluas 17.58 ekar di Taman Taynton, Cheras, dekat sini pada harga RM320 juta.
