Ini berikutan Sundra Rajoo memfailkan notis pemberhentian menerusi Tetuan Cheok Ng Lee Law Chambers pada 8 Mac lepas. Defendan merayu terhadap keputusan Mahkamah Tinggi dan rayuan itu sepatutnya didengar pada 13 Jun ini di Mahkamah Rayuan. Pernyataan tuntutan Sundra Rajoo mendakwa atas arahan Mohamad Shukri dan Thomas, pegawai SPRM Mohd Adrian serta Md Yusrin menahannya secara salah dari 8 malam pada 20 November 2018 hingga 5 petang, 21 November 2018 di Lapangan Terbang Antarabangsa Kuala Lumpur.Sundra Rajoo mendakwa Mohd Adrian dan Md Yusrin menahannya walaupun dimaklumkan beliau diberikan keistimewaan serta kekebalan ejen diplomatik atas kapasitinya sebagai Pengarah AIAC ketika itu.
