(Reuters) - Perplexity CEO Aravind Srinivas was 'surprised' by a lawsuit from media baron Rupert Murdoch's Dow Jones and the New York Post against the search startup, he said at the WSJ Tech Live conference on Wednesday.

The inaugural event was organised by Star Media Group with the Construction Industry Development Board as its strategic partner. It featured 22 key speakers with extensive experience in the field of urban planning, development and environmental sustainability.
