The Park Ridge Historical Society is seeking photos of World War II veterans with ties to Park Ridge for a Wall of Honor it is creating. It will make up part of the society’s exhibits on the 10th Mountain Division and the 80th Memorial of D-Day.
Perhaps your World War II veteran grandfather or great-grandfather grew up or lived in Park Ridge, or you attend a school district connected to Park Ridge. The Historical Society asks that you drop off a copy of a photo of your veteran to become part of the exhibit. Copies of photos may be emailed to [email protected] or dropped off at 721 N. Prospect Ave, Park Ridge, in the back door slot, by April 12. Include their
