CORONAVIRUS | The remaining students who are still stranded in their campus accommodations will be allowed to return home slightly earlier on May 26, instead of May 28 as originally scheduled, said Defence Minister Ismail Sabri Yaakob.
“The meeting today decided to bring forward the return of these students and Higher Education Minister Noraini Ahmad have discussed with the airlines and, in the end, managed to get an agreement from them to fly home the students starting May 26,” he said in his daily press briefing on Covid-19 today.
