More than $5 billion in aid will go to about 53,000 people who have worked in public service for 10 years or more, $2.8 billion in aid will go to about 51,000 people enrolled in income-driven repayment plans and the remaining $1.2 billion will go to 22,000 student loan holders with disabilities.
