MANILA: Philippine President Ferdinand Marcos Jr said on Thursday (Nov 14) his government would not block the International Criminal Court (ICC) if former leader Rodrigo Duterte wants to be investigated for alleged crimes against humanity in his anti-drugs crackdown.
IPOH : The 17-year-old student, allegedly murdered by a senior police officer , was in critical condition after being struck by the officer’s car, the High Court here heard.
"When I arrived at the scene, I saw Zaharif lying face-up on the road. I could see injuries on his thigh and elbow. He was testifying in the murder trial of Deputy Supt Mohd Nazri Abdul Razak, who is accused of ramming his car into the victim’s motorcycle, leading to the teenager’s death.
