Kerajaan akan menyalurkan pembayaran Sumbangan Tunai Rahmah (STR) Fasa 1 mulai esok dengan peruntukan sebanyak RM2.3 bilion berbanding hanya RM2.1 bilion pada tahun lalu.

PUTRAJAYA: Kerajaan akan menyalurkan pembayaran Sumbangan Tunai Rahmah Fasa 1 mulai esok dengan peruntukan sebanyak RM2.3 bilion berbanding hanya RM2.1 bilion pada tahun lalu.

“Walaupun peningkatan kos sara hidup adalah fenomena yang melanda seluruh dunia, besarlah harapan Kerajaan Madani agar peningkatan Sumbangan Asas Rahmah dan STR saban tahun dapat membantu rakyat menggapai kehidupan lebih berdarjat,” katanya dalam kenyataan hari ini.Menurut Kementerian Kewangan, secara keseluruhan, program STR dan Sara pada tahun 2025 akan memanfaatkan hampir sembilan juta penerima atau 60 peratus daripada penduduk dewasa.

“Kadar minimum untuk golongan bujang juga naik kepada RM600 daripada RM500 tahun lalu, iaitu kenaikan sebanyak 20 peratus,” katanya.
