Inspector-General says account owner of the Facebook postings is not known, but says it's possible they might be foreigners.

The Inspector-General of Police, Muhamad Fuzi Harun, says police are trying to find the owner of a Facebook account.

The foreigner might want to cause provocations in the country, said Inspector-General of Police Mohamad Fuzi Harun. He said the pollice were awaiting results from the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission investigation. As of Friday, 267 police reports on this case have been received throughout the country, he said.

He said once the investigation paper is completed, it will be handed over to the deputy public prosecutor for further action.
