ANC spokesperson Pule Mabe admits that there are some things that can be changed.
His comment comes just a day after the withdrawal of murder charges against ANC Mpumalanga Treasurer, Mandla Msibi and the dismissal of the NPA's appeal of the acquittal of ANC MP Bongani Bongo on bribery charges.
Mabe said,"there are lessons learnt sufficient to be able to assist the ANC to say do we need to refine step aside guidelines in the current form to make sure that in their implementation and execution it is done consistently.""They said we have no issues with the step aside guideline but what we are saying is that their application must be consistant so that they not perceived to be implemented to bottle those with dissenting views.
