JELEBU: A sale known as Jualan Rakyat to help Pertam folks cope with price increases is among the election pledges of a candidate here.
Datuk Seri Jalaluddin Alias, who would be representing Barisan-Pakatan said this would be carried out on a regular basis to help the folks in the rural constituency deal with the increase in price of such items.
"The sale will be known as Jualan Rakyat and we will have it at selected outlets in Pertang, Negeri Sembilan. "I also pledge to improve roads in the smallholdings and estates so that agricultural produce can be easily brought out. Jalaluddin also pledged to help provide medical devices and assistance for those in the business and agriculture sectors.
