THE Penang Bay project, a long-term vision for the waterfronts of Butterworth and George Town, will be pitched at the tenth edition of the World Urban Forum , to be held in Abu Dhabi on February 8 to 13. State Housing, Local Government and Town and Country Planning committee chairman Jagdeep Singh Deo said Penang Bay was among nine projects selected from more than 100 projects worldwide for the WUF10 Cities Investment Platform pitching session.
