The world of Rocket League is getting ready to go to a galaxy far, far away, as developer Psyonix announced that Star Wars cars were arriving.
The new cars will feature designs inspired by some of the most memorable droids to ever appear in the Star Wars universe. These include R2-D2, C-3PO, BB-8, and K-2SO, all of whom will get their own car decals, wheels, and animated toppers that will move around in-game as you play.
The packs will arrive on May 4 – colloquially known as Star Wars Day – and will be available to purchase in the game’s shop. The R2-D2 and BB-8 packs will cost 800 credits and include decals, wheels, and a topper, while the C-3PO and K-2SO packs will cost 500 credits and just include a decal and wheels.

A special “Rust Bucket” player title and R2-D2 player banner will also be available in the Item Shop, for free, beginning on May 4, 2023.
