LEIPZIG, Germany (Reuters) -Liverpool's Darwin Nunez took full advantage of a rare start with the winner in his side's 1-0 victory at RB Leipzig as their 100% start in the Champions League continued on Wednesday.

He was responding to a question by Datuk Seri Dr Ismail Abd Muttalib who asked about updates to the proposed Act.In a related matter, Nga explained the 80% consent threshold for residents in redevelopment projects under the proposed legislation. He said the ministry, through PlanMalaysia, also conducted comparative studies with other countries on the matter.
