The reasons are not known but the Ministry of Education will intervene and investigate the reasons for the absence. Last year, 14,858 out of 388,832 students skipped SPM 2022. The number of absentees for SPM 2023 is not as bad as last year but KPM will not hesitate to intervene to understand the matter further.
