To celebrate Prof Wole Soyinka’s 90th birthday, the Soyinka Family Foundation, has distributed educational materials, including books
and school bags to pupils in Ogun State.
The event, among other things, was the presentation of over 400 school bags to the pupils of the school. It was performed by the wife of Ogun State governor, Mrs. Bamidele Abiodun. She urged the pupils to concentrate on their studies, noting that the personality of Prof Wole Soyinka “is worthy of emulation and a good example for youths to learn from.”
