The Crack Shack, a San Diego-based fried chicken chain, is expanding to the Houston area Feb. 10. Customers can expect a menu full of assorted poultry.
, based in San Diego, plans to open its first outpost in Katy's LaCenterra Shopping Center on Feb. 10. The company already has multiple locations in California, Nevada and Utah.
The menu is heavy on the poultry: Fried chicken sandwiches, whole fried chicken, chicken nuggets, french fries, biscuits and more. According to Crack Shack's website, ingredients are sourced from local farms and bakeries.named the restaurant to its best fried chicken restaurants of America list in 2018.
The Katy restaurant's opening day celebrations include selfie stations, live music, raffles and complementary gift bags for the first 300 customers. Hours run from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.
