KUALA LUMPUR: The National Higher Education Fund Corporation (PTPTN) has launched its first-ever loan restructuring campaign, offering a minimum payment of RM300 to encourage borrowers to settle their arrears.

“There is no evidence to believe that explicitly expressed her will to give the dog to the plaintiff,” the court said in its ruling. In August 2020, she had the dog live permanently in the plaintiff’s home, saying her new home did not allow pets. “Unlike other property, a pet dog forms an emotional attachment , and destroyed such attachment unilaterally by taking the dog. It is appropriate to believe that she gave up the ownership of the animal,” the lower court said in its verdict.
