REUTERSPIX: South Korea on Thursday dismissed a US media report that its artillery rounds were heading to Ukraine, saying its position on not providing lethal aid to Kyiv was unchanged.
“The South Korean government’s position on aid to Ukraine remains unchanged... and there are also inaccuracies in the report,“ Jeon Ha-kyu, the defence ministry’s spokesperson, told reporters. Cho Tae-yong, head of South Korea’s national security office, told lawmakers Wednesday that “there is no support artillery shells to Ukraine.”
