SEOUL: South Korea n police said Monday they were investigating a YouTuber who vlogged about undergoing a late-term abortion, sparking online outrage and calls from the country's health ministry for a murder probe.
The footage, which was later deleted, quickly went viral in South Korea, with screenshots from it still circulating widely online and the country's health ministry calling for a murder investigation. The police confirmed the footage was genuine, saying they had identified the clinic where the procedure was performed through an analysis of the video.
