District attorney Kimberly Gardner is taking nursing classes as Attorney General Andrew Bailey pounces for her removal from office.

Ann Dorn, widow of slain retired police captain David Dorn, on why she puts some blame on St. Louis Circuit Attorney Kim Gardner for her husband’s murder.– who is attempting to remove her from office for refusing to prosecute violent criminals – taking nursing classes at a university which require may require clinical hours.

Bailey said Gardner, according to Missouri statutes, must"devote full time and energy to the discharge of her official duties." at Saint Louis University. The attorney general issued subpoenas to the university to determine which classes she is taking and the hours she is putting into her clinicals as her office faces major delays in prosecutions due to staffing shortages.

Bailey said he was concerned about Gardner's professionalism in any career path, especially one that deals with patients in a medical setting given what he believed was a wanton disregard for human life in St. Louis exhibited by her as circuit attorney. "If she cared about saving lives she would be enforcing the law and protecting victims rights. She clearly doesn't care about saving life otherwise she would be doing the job that city of St. Louis is paying her to do.

Kimberly Gardner injected critical race theory into daily prosecution decisions using a Soros-linked organization called The Vera Institute of Justice.
