Putrajaya RCI mengenai penemuan kem dan kubur di Wang Kelian, Perlis dimaklumkan Tan Sri Khalid Abu Bakar ‘terpaksa berbohong’ berkaitan tarikh penemuan kem itu.

Saksi ke-24, Aliza Shah Muhamad Shah berkata, bekas Ketua Polis Negara itu mengakui Polis Diraja Malaysia lebih awal menemui kem transit itu berbanding pihak berkuasa Thailand.

“Soalan saya sangat spesifik iaitu betul atau tidak polis sudah mengetahui mengenai kem dan kubur itu pada Januari 2015 iaitu lebih awal daripada Thailand. Alias Shah yang juga bekas wartawan New Straits Times berkata, Khalid kemudian meminta perbualan itu tidak dilaporkan kerana khuatir rakan sejawatnya dari Thailand marah.

Beliau yang juga Pengarang NSTP-TV berkata, laporan berita disiarkan NST berdasarkan siasatan yang dibuat pasukannya termasuk selepas ‘mendapat lampu hijau’ bekas Menteri Dalam Negeri, Datuk Seri Dr Ahmad Zahid Hamidi. Ahli lain ialah bekas Ketua Pendakwaan, Jabatan Peguam Negara, Datuk Noorbahri Baharuddin; Pengerusi Suruhanjaya Hak Asasi Manusia , Tan Sri Razali Ismail dan bekas Ketua Penyelidik, Jabatan Peguam Negara, Datuk Junaidah Abdul Rahman.
