The son, Zulkifli Che Noh, explained that his father, Che Noh Che Hassan, 79, has been bedridden for the year due to a neurological disease. Previously, the father could sit in a chair, but now he is confined to bed. The innovative solution was suggested by neighbors before the flooding began.
