With Cook County requiring patrons of restaurants and bars that serve food to show proof of vaccination, some restaurants in the south suburbs are reporting mixed results.
Grady's Snack N' Dine in Homewood has said some customers are not happy with Cook County's new proof of vaccination requirement.

“It seems like we are having to bear the burden of this,” Armstrong said. “This is something we have to do and we’ll come out of this crisis even stronger than before.” At a Tinley Park Park Board meeting Wednesday, some commenters questioned why the district is requiring proof of vaccination after the village’s mayor said the village would play no active role in enforcing the county’s mandate. While Tinley Parkwould not enforce the mandate, he said businesses would have to make their own decisions, and the Park District is a separate government entity.
