KUALA LUMPUR, May 27 — Nearly 15,000 job opportunities will be available at the MyFutureJobs Career and Housewives’ Social Security Scheme 2023 carnivals to be held in three states over two consecutive weekends.
The Social Security Organisation said the carnival, organised by the Human Resources Ministry through the organisation, would be held simultaneously in Kuala Pilah, Negeri Sembilan and Bagan Datuk, Perak on May 27 and 28, followed by Penang on June 3 and 4. “A total of 100 employers have confirmed participation in the three carnivals, with a total of 14,787 vacant positions which offer a monthly salary of up to RM10,000,” it said in a statement today.
Among the employers participating are Honda Malaysia Sdn Bhd, Maybank Berhad, Maxis Broadband Sdn Bhd, Samsung SDI Energy Malaysia Sdn Bhd, Plus 2 Malaysia Berhad, Public Mutual Berhad, 7-Eleven Malaysia Sdn Bhd, Genting Malaysia Berhad and Prasarana Malaysia Berhad. In addition to the open interview sessions at each carnival, there will also be promotion and information sessions on SKSSR, which is a protection scheme for housewives that was implemented by the KSM on December 1, 2022. — Bernama
