The cast of “Saturday Night Live” was getting into the Christmas spirit by drinking away their feelings and shading Elon Musk and Kanye West in a festive musical number.
The long tenured SNL cast member also proposed a “no-remember December,” as Strong admitted she mixed Xanax inside her holiday libations.
The comedian predicted that her dependence on alcohol would not improve after the Christmas decorations were put away. “What happens in January?,” she sang. “We explode. We freak out and threaten our ex. We drink to the point where we contemplate murder and accept Venmo payments for sex.”Steve Martin returned to host the show for the 16th time alongside ex-cast member Martin Short.
Martin shared a drugged out picture of him with John Belushi, Dan Aykroyd and Mick Jagger on the set of one of his first hosting gigs.“We are like Harry and Meghan, no one is routing for us but they’ll tune in anyway,” joked Short, his co-star in the Hulu series “Martin and short reprised their roles from hit movie “Father of the Bride” with 52-year-old daughter Heidi Gardner preparing for her eighth marriage.
